It means we can make sure that the experience is personal from the get go and give you advice on making sure your holiday on the Barrier is as great as it should be.

Tryphena House might not even be quite what you are looking for, so we may even be able to make recommendations for other places to stay on the island that suit your needs.

Pete and I will get back to you as soon as we can, we may be a little slower than usual over the next few months. We are away in the UK Late May - September to have our first child - we've heard it can be all consuming!

GETTING HERE

Tryphena House is located in Puriri Bay, Tryphena.

Coming from the airport (Claris) - about 20 minutes

Turn right out the airport and head to Tryphena. The road twists, turns, goes up and down and past some beautiful look outs. Stay on it until you reach Tryphena. Once you reach a T junction and the sea is infront, turn right onto Puriri Bay Coastal Road You'll go past the Lady Isla fishing boat. Keep going. About 1km after that the road heads away from the ocean. Theres a white bridge on your left, go over it. You'll spot our chickens and banana plants. We are the house with the big red roof on the water. Park up in our carpark or head to the waterfront. Pete or I will be around to greet you.

Coming from Tryphena Wharf (Sealink Ferry) - about 15 minutes

If you look across the harbour from the ferry wharf you'll see our red roof. So follow the coastal road around until you find us as above. Don't turn off until you find our little white bridge.
